so guys, im sad to report that i havn’t been at the gym in almost a month, and i havnt been eating very well but since the last time i weighed myself (which was sometime in early june) i’ve only gained back 2 pounds! such a relief! ive been terrified of getting on the scale. pretty soon though, i’ll be getting my shit back together. just trying to get my ducks in a row at home and work first.
